Under the menu item “Marketing” -> “Configuration Website” -> you can decide in the section “Compulsory details for booking” what details will be compulsory when booking. There are currently the following options:

  • Telefon number (optional)

  • Full address (optional)

In general, all the available fields can always be completed by the end customer. You simply specify which details are compulsory.

Quick tip: The fewer details you specify, the more bookings you will get. Internet users are quickly put off by a large number of compulsory fields!
IMPORTANT: Unless “email address” is a compulsory field, your customers won’t get any booking confirmations!
