To "BusinessKit" users: If you run a seasonal business, you can of course take a seasonal break during which you do not have to pay any monthly fees. Simply select the month in which the season break should begin and determine how long it will last (max. six months).

Important note on the seasonal break:

The start of your seasonal break always refers to the next calendar month. Activating the seasonal break from February therefore means

  • That you will receive an invoice for the previous service month of January including the base fee of e.g. €99 at the beginning of February.

  • You will receive an invoice at the beginning of March for the service month of February, which includes the base fee of €0.

How can I extend or shorten my seasonal break once it has been activated?

While an extension is possible at any time within the overall period of up to 6 months, a premature termination of the season break can only be realized manually directly on the cut-off date. So if you want to deactivate the season break on 01.03.2025, you would have to log in on 28.02.2025 and deactivate the season break manually.

Your monthly financial statement also includes the basic fee for your current plan. If you switch your rate during the current month, the old and new rates will be automatically calculated according to the exact day and listed separately:
