Summary
The order confirmation email contains a link a click on which will forward them to their order overview. One simply has to enter their nine-digit booking code (top right in the order confirmation), to access following data:
The service booked
Additional products, if purchased
The order total
Important note for the calendar file we send in .ics format
Generally, we always send the calendar entry in the correct time zone. However, we have no influence on the time zone preset on the end device or in the end customer's calendar programme.
