When creating or editing an already existing event, you can choose to include some additional information that may be important for your customers to note during the booking process by filling out the text field "Notes on booking" under general information section of the event. We also recommend using the "Add comment" feature, to enable your customers to specify their meal preferences, alegies, helmet or shoe sizes.
