What are orders' custom fields?

Orders' custom fields are fields that are required to place an order. These are end-customer details (billing address etc.) and information about participants that the reseller must submit to be able to place an order.

How to set up orders' custom fields for integrations?

To update your orders' custom fields, you just have to access bookingkit account. You can then click on Sell, and then checkout configuration.

Note: some integrations do not support order's custom field.

How to set up orders' custom fields for other resellers?

To update your orders' custom fields, you just have to access bookingkit reach using your bookingkit credentials. You can then click on the settings icon and then click on "Order Information". Here you can easily activate those and select what must be submitted by the reseller:

  • Mandatory end customer fields: Specify which basic end customer information is required to be filled by a reseller, to make an order.

    • Full name

    • Phone number

    • E-Mail Address

    • Billing address

    • Additional info

    • Company name & VAT

  • Mandatory participants fields: Specify which information about participants is required to be filled by a reseller, to make an order.

    • Full name

    • Phone number

    • E-Mail Address

    • Additional info

    • Address
