bookingkit reach is a double sided-marketplace. This means that resellers can also find you on their own marketplace, as you can find resellers in your marketplace. Thus, it is important to take care of your marketplace profile.
Your marketplace profile is the storefront of your company on reach, and it is important to set it up correctly. This will help you receive more contract requests from resellers.
How to create and update my marketplace profile?
To create or update your marketplace profile, you just have to access bookingkit reach using your bookingkit credentials. You can then click on the settings icon and then click on "marketplace profile". You can then click on "Edit settings". You will be able to modify the following values:
Short description (250 characters maximum): a short description of your company
Long description (500 characters maximum): a long description of your company
Profile Visibility:
Public (recommended): you can choose to have a public marketplace profile. Resellers can find you on their marketplace and send you a contract request.
Private: you can choose to have a private marketplace profile. Resellers will not be able to find you on their marketplace or send you a contract request.
