Why hasn't my customer received their refund yet?

We sometimes receive such inquiries from customers who had initially paid by credit cards or PayPal.

Your end customer says they have not received a refund?

The refund will be credited either to the customer's credit card or PayPal account – and not to their bank account directly.

Sometimes it might, therefore, take several days or weeks until the refund is visible on the customers' bank statement.

If a refund is delayed for several weeks, you can contact our support team via chat and ask them to check.
