Why hasn't my customer received their refund yet?

We sometimes receive such inquiries from customers who had initially paid by credit cards or PayPal.

We always carefully check enquries of such nature. However, please note that the refund will be credited either to the customer's credit card or PayPal account – and no their bank account directly.

Sometimes it might, therefore, take several days or weeks until the refund is visible on the customers' bank statement.
