How to manage your notifications preferences?

To update your notifications preferences, you just have to access bookingkit-reach using your credentials. You can then click on the settings icon and then click on notification preferences. Here you can easily modify the settings.

  • Web notifications: notifications that you receive within bookingkit-reach

  • E-Mail notifications: notifications that you receive on your email

You will be able to change the settings for:

  • Contract updates: Receive notifications when a contract is revoked, ended or you have a new contract offer.

    • Cancellation reminder: when a contract is about to be cancelled.

    • Contract change: when a contract is updated.

    • Contract end: when the contract has ended.

    • Contract revoked: when a contract is revoked.

    • New contract: when you receive a new contract offer

    • Renewal reminder: when a contract is about to be renewed.

  • Order changes: Stay up to date with order updates. Receive messages when an order is cancelled, updated or has scheduled changes.

    • Order cancellations: when an order is cancelled.

    • Order updates: when an order is updated or has scheduled changes.

  • Offer updates: Receive messages when you have awaiting offers that require acceptance.

    • Awaiting offers: Reminders about awaiting offers.

  • Data exports: Receive notifications when data export files are ready to download.

    • Export ready: When your data export file is ready to be downloaded.

  • Account Updates: You will receive an email notification related to your account status. To ensure account continuity these emails cannot be turned off.

    • Account Updates: Notifications regarding your account updates.
