Our calendar feature is only available in bookingkit NEXT version and can be accessed from: admin.bookingkit.com/calendar
This feature is NOT available in bookingkit Classic.
The calendar has three main elements:
Month daily graph
The monthly graph allows you to quickly analyze the daily performance of the month.
Please note that new order metrics might take 60 seconds to be reflected in the monthly graph.
You can pick the best metric that allows you to organize your day:
Revenue 🟢 LIVE : the revenue metric shows the total ticket value to be served on that day.
⚠️Please note, this revenue value:
it excludes: revenue coming from products, vouchers and unredeemed open date tickets / flexible tickets.
it disregards: discounts.
it includes confirmed orders, reservations and requests. Hence, unconfirmed reservations and unconfirmed requests are not part of the revenue number.
Refunded tickets are discounted from the total revenue displayed.
Participants🟢 LIVE : the partcipant metric shows the total number of participants that will be in your activities on that day.
Occupancy 🔴 COMING SOON : the occupancy metric includes the total sold paxes out of the total capacity for that day.
Occupancy is defined as total participants sold / total available slots.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
This occupancy metric will disregard the impact of resource management over total capacity numbers.
Bookings 🔴 COMING SOON : total number of bookings taking place that day.
By default, you will see the current running month. You can navigate to a different month from the top left month picker.
The bar chart allows you to navigate to a specific date by clicking on the day of your interest.
Day view
The day view shows up underneath the month's daily bar chart.
It will show all your slots on that day sorted by starting time.
The slot card displays the following information:
Color code of the occupancy - the left end will allow to quickly see the occupancy percentage as per this graph below:
Starting and end time of the activity.
The number of tickets sold versus total capacity of that experience’s slot.
⚠️PLEASE NOTE:
Total capacity disregards the impact of the resources setup via the resource management module).
Unconfirmed requests do not count towards tickets sold.
Unconfirmed and confirmed reservations are counted as tickets sold.
Click on the experience name to access to the specific slot details screen.
You can easily update the slot capacity by clicking on the edit icon of the card element.

The feature contains the following filters:

Please note the default duration is the first duration set when the experience is created.
The filter allows you to search by experience name:
The feature also allows other quick filters:
If you wish, you can display on the day view:
slots with bookings or without bookings
appointments in which you have requests
you can filter by products sold if you have products in your inventory
Labels
You can assign labels to your appointments to organize your day.
How to create a new label
You have two options:
Option A. Label management
In the calendar screen: https://admin.bookingkit.com/calendar
Go to settings ⚙️
Click on 'Labels Management'
Once you click on 'Labels Management':
You can add a new label to your account by clicking on 'Add a label'
Option B. From the appointment card
Enter your label value and click save.
How to add a label to an appointment
Scroll to the appointment you want to add label to
Click 'Add label'
Click on 'All Labels'
Select the label/labels you need.
Click outside the list.
Your labels should be attached to your appointment card.
How to edit a label
Head to the labels management view: by cliking on ⚙️>> Labels management
How to delete a label
Head to the labels management view: by cliking on ⚙️>> Labels management
Click on edit button
Settings
You can now select how to split your appointments on the day view of you calendar.
