Our calendar feature is only available in bookingkit NEXT version and can be accessed from:

This feature is NOT available in bookingkit Classic.

The calendar has three main elements:

Month daily graph

The monthly graph allows you to quickly analyze the daily performance of the month.

Please note that new order metrics might take 60 seconds to be reflected in the monthly graph.

You can pick the best metric that allows you to organize your day:

  • Revenue 🟢 LIVE : the revenue metric shows the total ticket value to be served on that day.

⚠️Please note, this revenue value:

  • it excludes: revenue coming from products, vouchers and unredeemed open date tickets / flexible tickets.

  • it disregards: discounts.

  • it includes confirmed orders, reservations and requests. Hence, unconfirmed reservations and unconfirmed requests are not part of the revenue number.

  • Refunded tickets are discounted from the total revenue displayed.

  • Occupancy 🔴 COMING SOON : the occupancy metric includes the total sold paxes out of the total capacity for that day.

Occupancy is defined as total participants sold / total available slots.

  • This occupancy metric will disregard the impact of resource management over total capacity numbers.

  • Bookings 🔴 COMING SOON : total number of bookings taking place that day.

By default, you will see the current running month. You can navigate to a different month from the top left month picker.

The bar chart allows you to navigate to a specific date by clicking on the day of your interest.

Day view

The day view shows up underneath the month's daily bar chart.

It will show all your slots on that day sorted by starting time.

The slot card displays the following information:

  • Color code of the occupancy - the left end will allow to quickly see the occupancy percentage as per this graph below:

  • Starting and end time of the activity.

  • The number of tickets sold versus total capacity of that experience’s slot.

  • Total capacity disregards the impact of the resources setup via the resource management module).

  • Unconfirmed requests do not count towards tickets sold.

  • Unconfirmed and confirmed reservations are counted as tickets sold.

Click on the experience name to access to the specific slot details screen.

You can easily update the slot capacity by clicking on the edit icon of the card element.

The feature contains the following filters:
