To enhance the overall customer experience, we are rolling out PayPal integration via Stripe in two carefully planned phases. This phased approach ensures a smooth transition, providing the highest level of quality and support for our users.

  • Phase 1: Early Adopters Access (since September 2024)
This initial phase targets a select group of customers who meet specific criteria such as rates, location, and currency. During this period, we will conduct A/B testing and provide dedicated support to fine-tune the integration. This approach allows us to gather valuable feedback and ensure a robust PayPal experience tailored to our key customers' needs.

  • Phase 2: Public Release (Starting February 2025)
In the second phase, the PayPal integration will be made available to all bookingkit customers. This broader release will include our standard levels of support, ensuring that every customer can seamlessly utilize PayPal through Stripe for their transactions.
