Learn how to change notification preferences for resellers related events.

Important: bookingkit reach is only available for BusinessKit and ProKit subscriptions.

How to manage notifications preferences for integrations?

To update your notifications preferences, you just have to access your bookingkit account, You can then click on the settings icon and then Email configuration. The following preferences can be updated. Please note that those are also used for the other resellers below:

  • New order: This email informs you about new orders from your customers/resellers.

  • Cancelled order: This email confirms that an order has been cancelled by the reseller.

  • Order amendments via resellers: This email is triggered for amendments of orders made by resellers. For example when the reseller changes the date of the order.

How to manage notifications preferences for other resellers?

To update your notifications preferences, you just have to access bookingkit reach using your bookingkit credentials. You can then click on the settings icon and then click on "notification preferences". here you can easily modify the settings.

  • Web notifications: notifications that you receive within bookingkit reach

  • E-Mail notifications: notifications that you receive on your email

You will be able to change the settings for:

  • Contract updates: Receive notifications when a contract is revoked or ended or the reseller is missing a contract offer.

    • Cancellation reminder: Reminders when the reseller contract is about to be cancelled.

    • Contract revoked: When reseller revoked contract.

    • Renewal reminder: Reminders when the reseller contract is about to be renewed.

  • Offer updates: Receive messages when resellers requested an offer, negotiated offer terms or the offer is missing

    • Missing offers: Reminders to send contracts to resellers.

    • Offer negotiations: When the reseller negotiated a contract offer.

    • Offer requests: When reseller requested a contract offer.

  • Data exports: Receive messages when data exports are prepared and ready to download.

    • Export ready: When data export is ready to download.

  • Account Updates: You will receive an email notification related to your account status. To ensure account continuity these emails cannot be turned off.

    • Account Updates: Notifications regarding your account updates.

  • Reseller Invitations: Receive emails about the sign-up or reminders of your invited resellers.

    • Reseller Invitations: Receive emails about the sign-up of your invited resellers.

    • Invitation pending: Reminder about your pending resellers’ invitations.
