1. Introduction: What is bookingkit Reach

bookingkit Reach is an online platform on which you can automatically display your offers for resellers. This means they have access to all your experiences that you have shared with them and can sell them directly to their end customers. This gives you an even greater reach and increases your turnover in just a few steps.

Find out how bookingkit Reach looks like and how it works in our video presentation:

2. How do I invite resellers?

To invite one of your resellers to bookingkit Reach, simply go to the tab "Reach" in the bookingkit backend and click on "Invite a reseller"

You will then need to log in to your Reach account.

Once you are logged in, you will need to click on "Invite Reseller" on the top right.

You will then be brought on the invitation page where you will need to fill in the information of your reseller as well as the language in which you want the invite to be sent.

The reseller will then automatically receive an invitation which they can accept. Thereupon they will be verified by us (please note that it can take up to 1-2 business days). As soon as this has been done, all your experiences will automatically be shown to them.

If your reseller cannot see the experiences yet, this means that they are not yet verified or that they have not accepted the contract. We recommend that they log in again. If you have any further questions, please contact us at service@bookingkit.de.

Important note about the feature to resend invitations:

This option is only available to the following user roles:

  • Company Admin

  • Branch Admin

  • Company owner

3. How do I create a contract?

In this case, you need to go in "My Partners" and you will be able to see the current partners you have and what is the status of their accounts and of the accounts you have with them.

You can then block them, view the contract if it is active (and eventually revoke if need be) as well as create a new contract.

You can then set all the contract parameters and send it to your partner. Once they accepted it, they can start booking your products. You can see more details about how reach works for resellers in Section 7.

4. Settings for Reach

Once your distributor is verified, they will appear in your experiences in edit mode under "Marketing Platforms Quotas". Here you also determine the quota per seller / platform. If you do not set anything, the maximum number of participants can be resold. If you do not want to make an experience available to one of your resellers, simply enter "0".

Also, you can also collect all the participant information that you need! We have expanded the check out in bookingkit Reach for you. From now on, you can define which details customers should enter when making a booking. This not only allows you to inform all of your customers about changes or ask additional questions, but also gives you a complete overview of all participants and, if the worst comes to the worst, information about who took part in your experience on which day and at which time. This helps you to always work in accordance with the Corona regulations.

Therefore, you can now select the required fields in Reach, such as full name, email address and phone number here.

If you want to see how the checkout process looks like for the reseller, you can see it here.

5. How does the booking via Reach work?

As soon as a reseller has placed an order in bookingkit Reach, it is automatically linked to your bookingkit account and appears in your orders. There you will find all the important data of the reseller and you can download the invoice as a PDF.

Only you can cancel a Reach order. As soon as you do so by clicking the corresponding button, the reseller concerned will be informed.

6. Settlement with the reseller

Currently there is no automatic billing with the reseller. Your reseller accepts payment from his customers on site (for example cash or card payment). At an agreed time, you as the provider of an experience will then settle up with the reseller and receive the amount minus the agreed commission.

In the export of orders or services or in the monthly statement, it is shown via which channel the order was placed. Filter by the name of the reseller and thus determine the price.

Please note that you cannot currently adjust the commission retrospectively. Simply contact service@bookingkit.de.

7. View for the reseller

You can find and share information with your resellers about how to sign up as reseller here as well on how to use the reseller platform here
