How can I change the payment option for an order retrospectively?

It happens so that your customers decide to pay using a different payment method than previously arranged? For instance, instead of payment against an invoice, they would rather use PayPal? No worries, and we explain below how you can handle it:

  • Simply open the order and click on the pencil to change the Payment Method. Please note that you can only change the payment method for orders which have not yet been paid or partly paid.

  • You can choose the preferred payment method and confirm the change by clicking the green "Change payment method" button.
