With bookingkit you have the possibility to choose from a variety of payment options. Payments by credit card (Visa- & Mastercard), Sofortüberweisung and GiroPay are activated by default. Payment on-site is not activated by default. Why? There are various reasons for this:

No-Show-Rate

Who doesn't know it? Your customers book an appointment but don't show up. If you pay on site, you will not only lose turnover, but you will also be left with a part of the costs, e.g. costs for extra personnel.

You save time and effort

You have to collect money on the spot? This costs you not only time and money, but also resources. If you only offer online payments, you save tedious work and can fully concentrate on what you are best at - your activities!

Go with the times

Digitalization does not stop at leisure activities either! More and more customers book and pay online, especially younger customers expect this. PayPal, for example, is the most popular payment method in Germany.

How can I activate or deactivate on-site payment?

You can contact our support team via chat and ask to activate/deactivate on-site payment.
