To do this, call up the corresponding booking via the search function or in the order overview and click on "Send order confirmation" at the bottom.
A new window will then appear in which you can confirm the resend and also view a preview of the email.
Important note: For orders via marketing platforms such as Groupon, Klook, Tiqets and TUI Musement, it is not possible to resend the order confirmation via bookingkit. The reason for this is that the end customer always receives the order confirmation directly from the marketing platform.
If you also want to change the customer's e-mail address, you can also do this conveniently in the corresponding order. Simply click on "Edit" and change the email address assigned to the order accordingly. You should then send an order confirmation manually.
