As soon as an order is cancelled, it is displayed shaded in grey in your orders folder with information about the cancelation date.
You can still view all the customer and booking details, as well as invoice and tickets.
Important note regarding invoice documents created by a cancellation
When bookings are canceled, bookingkit uses the term "credit note". From a tax perspective, the terms "invoice correction," "cancellation invoice," or "corrective invoice" would be more appropriate.
However, both an invoice and a credit note do not provide information about the payment status of an order. It is financially correct that after the cancellation of an invoice, a credit note is created with the label "credit note". Other options are, of course, also legitimate.
