Costs of Integration
By bookingkit: Free
bookingkit will not charge any extra fee for activating and running the Arenametrix app. This only refers to the fees charged by bookingkit to use this app.

Arenametrix will not charge any extra fee for activating the connection, but you must be subscribed to any of their plans. This information is subject to change without notice so please refer to the details published on the Arenametrix website or contact the Arenametrix team for more details.

Requirements
To be able to activate the integration between Arenametrix and bookingkit you must meet the following criteria:
1. Be signed up to the Businesskit or Prokit in bookingkit. Check your current plan and/or upgrade it here.
2. Have an active account with Arenametrix. Not using Arenametrix yet? Learn more and sign up.
Activation Process
1. On the sidebar menu click on the App Marketplace icon to view the list of Apps available.
2. Look for the Arenametrix App and click on the "Learn More" button.
3. Read the details on the Arenametrix page and click on the "Activate" button. You must also click on the "Activate" button in the popup that appears to confirm the activation.
4. As soon as the Arenametrix App is activated, a new item called Arenametrix opens in the left-hand navigation menu. Click on it to continue to the next step.
5. Send an email to your Arenametrix account manager with a copy to solene.jimenez@arenametrix.com informing that you activated the app in bookingkit.
6. The Arenametrix team will process the configuration of your account. Once completed, they will inform you.
7. The activation is completed!
Additional Information
1. Once the activation is completed, Arenametrix will sync 3 years of order data from bookingkit. This process might take a few minutes to complete.
2. Each experience and voucher included in an order in bookingkit is synced to Arenametrix as a ticket. In case of updates or cancellations the details are also synced to Arenametrix.
Important: bookingkit forwards the email and contact information to Arenametrix for every order, irrespective of whether the customer chooses to opt in or opt out of marketing. You must ensure you collect consent from users for any marketing activities. For more details refer to Arenametrix guidelines.
