The integration with amepheas allows vendors to synchronise all bookings, availability and cancellations from bookingkit to amepheas, and allow your customers to use the amepheas access systems.

Costs of Integration
By bookingkit: Price on Request
You can activate and test the app and will not be charged immediately. After activation, our team will contact you for more details about the fee and payment terms. This only refers to the fees charged by bookingkit to use this app.
By amepheas: Charged (consult amepheas team)
amepheas charges a fee for the activation of the API connection. You should contact your amepheas account manager for more details.

Requirements
To be able to activate the integration between amepheas and bookingkit you must meet the following criteria:
1. Be signed up to the Businesskit or Prokit in bookingkit. Check you current plan and/or upgrade it here.
2. Have an active account with amepheas. Not using amepheas yet? Learn more and sign up.
Activation Process
1. In the left-hand navigation menu click on the App Marketplace icon to view the list of Apps available.
2. Look for the amepheas App and click on the "Learn More" button.
3. On the amepheas page click on the "Activate" button. You must also click on the "Activate" button in the popup that appears to confirm the activation.
4. As soon as the amepheas App is activated, a new item called amepheas opens in the left-hand navigation menu. Click on it to continue to the next step.
Additional Information
1. Updates from bookingkit to amepheas take several minutes to appear in amepheas, but updates from amepheas to bookingkit are instant.
2. All orders created in bookingkit (via the bookingkit widget on your website, marketing partner, reseller, etc.) are synchronised with amepheas so that your end customers can use the ticket codes at the turnstiles.
3. Rebooking of bookings and/or participants is not possible, as not supported by amepheas API.
4. As amepheas is the leading system for availabilities, resource management can not be used in bookingkit.
